Our client is looking for a Leasing and Business Development Manager to join them soon.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Acquisition: Advertise vacant units, conduct property tours, screen applications, and convert prospective tenants.
• Lease Negotiation & Processing: Draft lease agreements, negotiate terms, finalize paperwork, and handle lease renewals.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and set quarterly sales goals for leasing agents and on-site staff.
• Market Analysis: Study local rental trends, analyse competitor pricing, and adjust rates to stay competitive.
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and move-outs, and manage service or maintenance requests.
• Financial & Compliance Reporting: Track rent and deposit collections, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to housing laws and local regulations.
• Researching industries and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A diploma/degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant qualification

Experience: 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate sales, or as a leasing consultant.

Hard Skills: Proficiency in property management and CRM software, contract drafting, financial analysis, and market research.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, negotiation, customer service, and attention to detail.
