HHG is a boutique, CEA-licensed real estate agency in Singapore. We help overseas companies and newly arrived professionals settle into Singapore, from finding the right home to moving in smoothly. We're small, client-focused, and growing.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person who keeps every move running smoothly. You'll work closely with our agents throughout the client journey, from first enquiry to handover.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client enquiries, understand their housing needs, and match them with the right agent and listings
• Coordinate property viewings with clients, agents, and landlords
• Support clients through handover, move-in, and move-out, including checklists, inventory, and follow-ups
• Prepare tenancy and sale documentation for agent review, making sure everything is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with vendors such as movers, cleaners, and contractors, and manage office service contracts
• Support management on ad-hoc operational tasks

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in Singapore real estate and in helping people settle into a new country
• Patience and a service mindset, especially when clients are new to Singapore
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English. Many of our clients relocate from China, so you'll communicate with them in Mandarin daily
• Prior experience in client service, relocation, property, or admin is a plus but not required
