The Position, but not limited to:

• Manage the full leasing process across a portfolio of approximately 350 properties within a Pod system
• Create marketing campaigns and liaise with landlords
• Conduct home opens and meet prospective applicants
• Manage the leasing process from advertising through to successful tenant placement
• Present suitable applicants to owners and coordinate approvals
• Prepare and check lease agreements
• Conduct approximately 8–10 routine inspections per week across two half days
• Work closely with the Property Managers to ensure a smooth handover and move-in process
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm & Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
• Saturday mornings only when home opens are required (time off in lieu provided for Saturday work)

The Criteria:

• Previous experience in Leasing and/or Routine Inspections
• Ideally experience across both areas, however training will be provided for the right candidate
• Must have completed your Real Estate Registration
• Current valid driver's licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants
• Positive, outgoing and team-focused personality
• Genuine desire to build a long-term career within Property Management
