Leasing & Tenancy

Are you passionate about retail, business development, and building strong relationships? We're looking for a Leasing & Tenancy Administration to help grow our client's retail tenant portfolio and support leasing operations.

What You'll Do

• Source and develop new retail leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Handle leasing enquiries and follow up with potential tenants.
• Assist with tenancy negotiations, renewals, and lease documentation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
• Prepare leasing reports, tenancy records, and related documentation.
• Monitor tenants' business activities and sales performance.
• Support leasing administration and other tenancy-related matters.
• Respond professionally to tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or a related field
• Candidates with experience in leasing, property management, retail, or shopping malls are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
