What they need

Deskripsi pekerjaan :

Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemenuhan occupancy area sewa
Menjalankan fungsi administrasi seperti pembuatan surat penawaran, LOI, PSM, fitout tenant, serta filling dokumen
Maintain dan monitoring pergerakan bisnis tenant serta membuat laporan mingguan
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan tenant serta handle kebutuhan tenant

Kualifikasi :

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Tenant / Leasing
Memiliki relasi dengan Retail Business Development
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
Dapat menggunakan Excel, Word dan Ms Office
Bersedia mobile dan bekerja di hari libur jika dibutuhkan
