What they need
- Handling all tenancy admin work including preparation of letter of offer, tenancy agreement, renewal letters and other related documents when needed.
- Ensure acceptance of letter of offer, concept drawing submission, tenancy agreement execution and deposit payments are completed and reported within stipulated timeframe.
- Follow up on tenancy agreements, contract renewals and signing arrangements.
- Assist and answering leasing enquiries.
- Maintain IFCA Rental Management System, for instance creation of contract for new cases, contract renewal and etc.
- Manage existing tenants on tenancy matters and assist in rental and utility collection.
- Ensure all administrative duties to be done accordance and all correspondence are well documented.
- Establish and maintain good relations with tenants as well as attend any complaints
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management, monitor and track
- Handling initial tasks related to handling over and coordination of the process of vacant possession / handover
