Location: Marikina City – Head Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Setup: On-site
Employment: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in marketing and leasing available commercial, office, and residential units.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and coordinate property viewings.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, proposals, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate tenant, lease, renewal, and vacancy records.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Property Management, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy status.
• Prepare leasing reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day leasing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
• Experience with a real estate developer or property management company is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing activities and deadlines.
