HIRING: LEASING ASSISTANT / LEASING COORDINATOR

Location: Marikina City – Head Office
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Assistant/Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations and help drive occupancy across our developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in marketing and leasing commercial, office, and residential units
• Respond to leasing inquiries and coordinate property viewings
• Prepare, process, and monitor lease agreements, proposals, and related documents
• Maintain accurate tenant, lease, renewal, and vacancy records
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Property Management, and Engineering teams for lease processing and tenant move-ins
• Prepare leasing reports and monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants
• Perform other leasing and administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate
• Experience with a real estate developer or property management company is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple leasing activities and coordinate effectively with different teams
