Leasing Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Leasing Associate is responsible for supporting the leasing activities of assigned commercial/retail properties. This includes identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring end to end process of lease documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in marketing available spaces and attracting prospective tenants.
• Conduct site inspections and property presentations.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information on available units/spaces.
• Prepare leasing proposals, lease agreements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding lease requirements and move-in procedures.
• Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities. Maintain accurate tenant and leasing records on file and in SAP data base.
• Conduct market research on rental rates, competitor properties, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with property management, marketing, operations and concerned departments to support leasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lease regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or customer relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and tenants. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of commercial, retail, or residential leasing practices is an advantage.
