About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Palace Apartments, a large multifamily community in Dallas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced leasing environment and is driven by results, occupancy growth, and commissions. You will play a key role in increasing occupancy, generating leads, and converting prospects into residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leasing traffic (calls, texts, emails, walk-ins)
• Conduct property tours and close leases
• Follow up aggressively with prospects using CRM systems
• Post and manage listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Apartments.com
• Build relationships with local housing agencies and referral sources
• Execute leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets
• Maintain strong customer service and resident relations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred (multifamily a plus)
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work weekends (high traffic days)
• Familiarity with leasing software/CRM tools is a plus
• 1 to 2 years experience on leasing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
