Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a brand new Class A Luxury lease up community located in Point Hope, Brooking Square Apartments and Townhomes.

In this role, you will be the face of our property, providing exceptional customer service while guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting client relationships, promote our properties effectively, and ensure a smooth leasing experience from first contact to move-in. Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly, answer inquiries promptly, and provide comprehensive property tours to showcase features and amenities.
• Manage the leasing process from initial contact through application approval, lease signing, and move-in coordination.
• Utilize sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed client records.
• Conduct market analysis of local real estate trends to position properties competitively and attract targeted audiences.
• Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law while meeting both client needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with management and leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that increase property visibility across multiple channels.
• Manage real estate transactions efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and in accordance with industry standards.
• Build strong client rapport through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service to foster long-term relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and new sales techniques to continually enhance your leasing strategies.
• Support team efforts by managing administrative tasks related to leasing activities and maintaining organized records.

Skills

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong marketing acumen combined with proficiency in using sales technology adoption tools.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of managing real estate transactions from application processing through lease signing.
• Deep understanding of real estate market analysis and industry trends influencing residential leasing.
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations, real estate law, and practicing ethical real estate practices.
• Excellent customer service skills paired with effective client communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in documentation.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or residential transactions is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new sales tools or CRM systems supported by the company’s infrastructure.
