We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven leasing consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first impression for prospective residents — guiding them through the leasing process, building lasting relationships with current residents, and helping keep our communities thriving. This is also a growth role: we're specifically looking for someone with the drive and potential to step into an Assistant Community Manager position within 1–2 years.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support retention and occupancy goals
• Support day-to-day marketing efforts to keep properties visible and competitive
• Assist with rent collection and help keep delinquency low
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using tools like Excel and our property management software
• Travel between Columbus-area properties as needed

What We Offer

• Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Commissions paid monthly
• Annual bonus

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Ability to work Saturdays
• A collaborative attitude and genuine desire to be part of a team

Preferred (but not required):

• 1–2 years of experience in property leasing
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software
• Proven leadership experience or interest in moving into a management role
