We are searching for…

An experienced, customer-focused professional who will represent MBFS towards the Mercedes-Benz dealer network, support customers and dealer partners with Financial Services products and processes, and contribute to sales activities, reporting, campaigns, and development projects.

Task Description

Dealer Network & Sales Support

• Represent the MBFS Sales team towards the Mercedes-Benz dealer network and act as a key contact for on-site Financial Services support
• Visit the Mercedes-Benz dealer network regularly and negotiate with customers, dealers, and related departments

Contract & Customer Management

• Prepare contracts for biometric signature or in paper-based form, together with the related documentation
• Obtain the required signatures and manage subsequent processes with customers and dealers

Financial Services Product Support

• Support dealer partners with day-to-day questions regarding Financial Services products, insurance, processes, offers, and individual transactions
• Apply in-depth knowledge of leasing, loans, insurance, and the Hungarian financial services market

Reporting, Projects & Collaboration

• Participate in product launches, campaigns, IT developments, and other project-based tasks
• Prepare regular reports, meeting inputs, and presentations for ad-hoc and monthly meetings
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in an international environment

Requirements and skills

• University or college degree in Finance or Economics
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or leasing is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the Hungarian financial services market, including key players and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of customer, dealer, and market dynamics
• Expertise in financial products and services, including leasing, loans, and insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Communication-level English
• Strong customer focus and relationship management
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
• Adaptability, an innovative mindset
• Precision and accuracy
