Leasing Consultant

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic real estate team operating across Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. 

This is a fast-paced, people-driven role where you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, connecting prospective tenants with quality properties, and delivering a seamless inspection and application experience.

About the role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a key role in ensuring high occupancy across a diverse portfolio. Your day-to-day will include conducting inspections, processing applications, liaising with property managers, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract quality renters.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Processing rental applications and reference checks
• Coordinating leasing paperwork and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate records in property systems
• Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and internal teams
• Supporting marketing and listing preparation when required

About you

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in real estate or customer service preferred
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
