Leasing Consultant

About the Role

As a Leasing & Marketing Consultant, you'll own the full leasing journey — from the first phone call or walk-in to move-in day and beyond. You'll generate and follow up on leads, tour prospective residents through our available homes, close sales and renewals, and help build a vibrant, connected community our residents love.

What You'll Do

• Drive the sales process from lead generation to close, meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Follow up on all leads — phone, walk-in, and internet — until closed
• Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, advertising, and outreach marketing
• Tour prospective residents through available apartment homes and match them to the right fit
• Close sales and lease renewals by showcasing the value of our community
• Monitor and follow up on pending renewal offers
• Deliver excellent, ongoing customer service to current and prospective residents
• Help plan and promote resident events that boost retention and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate leasing records and data in Yardi
• Conduct weekly outreach marketing efforts
• Track market trends to help keep the community competitive
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork accurately and on time
• Support other administrative, accounting, or payroll tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service preferred
• A sales-minded, self-motivated go-getter who takes initiative
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills — phone, email, and text
• Comfortable with basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasker with a positive, reliable, team-player attitude
• Outgoing personality and the ability to connect with a wide range of people
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays

Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Monday- Friday (Hours will be during office hours)

Pay: $18.00 per hour
