Leasing Consultant | CBD

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join a well-established real estate business that services Sydney's CBD and surrounding suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role:

• Coordinate and conduct open homes and private inspections for rental properties
• Manage leasing enquiries, process rental applications and complete reference checks
• Prepare lease agreements and coordinate tenancy sign-ups
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and the property management team throughout the leasing process
• Manage property keys, access and inspection schedules while maintaining accurate vacancy listings

About You:

• Previous experience in real estate or leasing preferred
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Assistant Agent qualification
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
