Leasing Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our team. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be assisting the Leasing Manager with marketing, preparing leases, updating tenant profiles and managing tenant relationships.

Major Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing enquiries and conduct onsite touring
• Prepare lease and lease summaries
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns
• Prepare welcome packages and notices
• Keep track of tenant's certificate of insurance
• Track and receive tenant's monthly reports (e.g. gross revenue)
• Coordinate with tenant on move-in /move out matters
• Liasing and working closely with the operation team on tenant matters

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management is an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in admin tasks, file management, and record keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin language is an asset
• Ability to remain focused in a fast paced working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
