Leasing Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for coordinating leasing-related activities, supporting tenant communication, preparing leasing documentation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring leasing operations are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities and provide administrative support to the Leasing Department
• Act as the primary liaison between prospective tenants, existing tenants, and internal departments
• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain leasing documents, agreements, and related records
• Follow up on lease renewals, contract execution, and document submissions
• Coordinate tenant move-in, move-out, and handover processes
• Arrange property viewings and assist in leasing presentations when required
• Maintain leasing databases, tenant records, and generate regular leasing reports
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Property Management, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations
• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide timely support throughout the leasing process

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude with strong service mind and teamwork
