What they need
Secured Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support leasing activities across our managed properties. You'll work with prospective tenants, property teams, and leasing professionals to help make the process organized, responsive, and easy to navigate.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys real estate, communicates well, and takes pride in following through.
Where You'll Make an Impact
- Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information about available properties.
- Schedule property tours, showings, and appointments with prospective tenants.
- Assist with preparing and organizing leasing applications and supporting documents.
- Track prospective tenant communications and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation.
- Maintain accurate property listings, availability records, and leasing files.
- Work with property managers and leasing representatives to keep information current.
- Help coordinate move-in dates and communicate next steps to approved tenants.
- Monitor important leasing deadlines and outstanding paperwork.
- Support marketing efforts by helping update property advertisements and listing information.
- Respond professionally to questions from prospective and current tenants.
- Assist with general administrative tasks that support the leasing process.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, real estate administration, or a similar role.
You should be comfortable speaking with different people throughout the day, keeping track of multiple requests, and handling paperwork accurately.
Experience with property management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is helpful.
Previous real estate or leasing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service and administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Additional education in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
If the position includes activities requiring a California real estate license, the appropriate license will be required.
The Person We're Hoping to Meet
You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. You do need to be dependable, approachable, and good at keeping things organized.
We value people who return calls, remember the details, and treat every prospective tenant with patience and respect.
If that sounds like the way you work, we'd be glad to hear from you.
