Leasing Director - Floating/Multi-Site

We are seeking an outgoing and results-driven leasing director to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our community. The job of the Leasing Director for GrayCo Properties is broadly different from that of most companies. At GrayCo, the role of our leasing teams is key to the success of our company. This is a powerful position and one GrayCo strongly supports with training, operational guidelines, rewards, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by providing tours, responding to inquiries, and effectively closing prospects.
• Utilize social media and outreach efforts to generate leads and increase traffic.
• Maintain strong knowledge of property features and competitive market conditions.
• Prepare accurate lease paperwork, explain lease terms, and ensure files are complete before move-in.
• Assist with move-ins, deliver welcome gifts, and support resident events to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain leasing and prospect data; support general office and computer system functions.
• Ensure curb appeal and tour-ready units, including maintaining mini-model/super-ready units.
• Communicate clearly with residents, coworkers, vendors, and leadership.
• Follow renewal programs to maximize resident retention.
• Participate in training, follow safety policies, and promote a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Comfortable with social media, marketing, and touring prospects.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with computers.
