About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Executive looking to specialise in either office or retail leasing.

The role can be shaped around your level of experience. You may be someone building your career in commercial leasing and looking for the right platform, mentoring and exposure to accelerate your development, or you may already be an established Leasing Executive looking for a stronger brand, quality opportunities and a market-leading remuneration and commission structure.

You'll work across quality leasing appointments, developing strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants while managing campaigns from initial enquiry through to negotiation and deal completion.

For someone earlier in their career, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced operators and progressively build your own market profile. For an established leasing professional, you'll be given the autonomy, support and commercial structure to maximise your performance and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing campaigns from appointment through to completed deal
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants
• Conduct inspections and manage leasing enquiries
• Prospect and identify suitable tenants for available properties
• Negotiate commercial terms, offers and lease transactions
• Develop leasing strategies and provide market advice to clients
• Prepare proposals, reports and marketing recommendations
• Generate new leasing opportunities through networking and business development
• Work collaboratively with the wider property management, sales and leasing teams

About You You may be:

• An emerging commercial property professional looking to build a career in leasing
• A Leasing Executive ready to specialise in office or retail
