Leasing Executive

• Responsibilities for the leasing, sales, and lease management activities
• Planning and implementing the tenancy
• Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
• Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any majors would be preferable
• 1 – 2 years of retail leasing experience
• Strong communications skills
• Resourceful and has the ability to work well with landlord and tenants
• Good proficiency in MS Office
