What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure tenants for retail spaces
- Present leasing opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Drive occupancy, rental yield, and ARR performance
- Analyze market trends and develop competitive leasing offers
- Build strong relationships with tenants and support the development of the right tenant mix
- Work closely with Marketing, Tenant Services, Finance, and Design teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and store opening
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of direct Retail Leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or retail properties
- Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing
- Strong understanding of rental pricing, ROI, and tenant mix
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Kiosk, Pop-up, Food & Beverage, or Event Space Leasing is a plus
