LEASING INTERN (FEW POSITIONS)

Responsibilities

·         Assist in researching prospective tenants and retail trends.

·        Keep tenant leads, lease schedules, and files accurate and up to date

·         Assist in preparing leasing reports and occupancy updates.

·         Help prepare LOAs, tenancy agreements, and leasing correspondence.

·        Support site visits, tenant handover, and move-in coordination.

·         Assist with marketing activities – creating for event posters, social media updates, and promotional content.

·         Work with Fit Out, Marketing, and Operations on leasing-related matters

Requirement

·         Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.

·         Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

·         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Internship duration 3-6 months.
