Responsibilities:
- Administrative maintenance and operations.
- Ensure tenants and vendors comply to safety and compliance, including health and safety in accordance to MCST.
- Build tenant relationship through engagement and overseeing approval on request for fit-outs and renovations.
- MCST and term-contract management.
