Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager

The successful candidate will handle the leasing and marketing matters of ATL Logistics Centre.  Key responsibilities including but are not limited to the followings:

• Handle assigned accounts independently and coordinate with internal parties to support marketing and business development activities
• Responsible for leasing and tenancy administration tasks including preparation of internal reports, leasing agreements and relevant documents and etc.
• Update database and system of leasing transactions
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences
• Assist to prepare leasing proposals and materials for marketing plans implementation
• Any other duties assigned by your supervisor or the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or property-related disciplines
• 5 – 10 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained from property developer or leading property agency
• Self-motivated, numeric, analytical, proactive, detail-minded, energetic, responsible, committed with high integrity
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A fast learner and willing to learn and adapt in fast paced environment
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Strong in MS Office applications and numerically astute
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
