Qualifications
- Bachelor’ s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, Re al Estate Management, Marketing, and other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related administrative role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and good negotiation abilities.
- Experience in both long term, short term tenants.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Willing to perform fieldwork related to market scanning, prospecting, and client relationship development.
