What they need
Responsibilities:
- Manage sale activities to achieve sale target for both new and existing shopping centers
- Acquire the new potential tenant partners and offer leasing space by negotiating pricing and closing the deal
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partners for a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concepts
- Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Tenant service teams for sales, zoning and merchandising mixed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property leasing, sale or business development
- Experience working in shopping center or commercial retail required
- Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal
- Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results
