Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in property management tools, legal administrative procedures, and customer service will drive occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with tenants and team members alike. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and preparing rental agreements using property management tools.
• Maintain accurate records of lease or rental agreements, client communication, and data entry within property management systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property inspections and address tenant concerns related to property upkeep and facilities management.
• Conduct conflict management and resolution with prospective or current tenants while upholding excellent customer service standards.
• Upsell available units or amenities to prospective tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and budget adherence for senior management review.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management or leasing roles with a strong understanding of lease or rental agreement management.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—are critical for success.
• Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and use of Microsoft Office applications is required.
