Job summary for the Leasing position with Oberoi Realty:

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining system of tracking expiration dates of leases; tracking of all changes or adjustments necessary to lease documents received Finalizing renewals of existing client in accordance to company's rules and procedures.
• Ascertaining complete and accurate lease abstraction, reviewing and summarizing critical information including payments, terminations, amendments, other financial obligations, issue escalation, approvals and administrative work for further signing and processing of the lease agreements.
• Coordinating with the legal team to conclude on the contract clauses and final sign off Working with the fitouts team to coordinate the handover of the space to to tenants and ensuring the delivery condition to each tenant .
• Coordinating with accounting and property management on operating expense reconciliations, rent billings and reviews and audits monthly financial information Directing an effective communication between the client and company for all the conflict resolutions.
• Reviewing the tenant move-ins/move-out procedures & ensuring lease provisions are followed Preparing monthly reports for the management
