Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Leasing Manager and will oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under his/her area of responsibility.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property management or other related courses
• With a solid managerial background in all facets of leasing operations. Product Knowledge – Deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry. Prerequisite - Must be willing to travel companywide
• 5 Years of experience in Commercial/Retail Leasing
• Preferably 5 years specializing in tenant management/Lease Marketing in a Managerial level

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and create strategies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of malls
• Review, analyze, propose, and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations
• Oversee the administration and integration of marketing functions
• Responsible for assigning leasing staff to appropriate areas and task delegation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
