Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and secure tenants for the company’s industrial and logistics portfolio in Hungary
• Manage the leasing process from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure
• Actively identify and approach prospective clients through networking, meetings, presentations, digital channels, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, consultants, public sector representatives, and business partners
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of leasing transactions
• Support tenant retention through regular communication and aftercare activities
• Organise property viewings and coordinate client meetings alongside local project teams
• Identify land acquisition opportunities that support company’s long-term development strategy
• Research and evaluate potential acquisition targets and market opportunities
• Contribute to increasing visibility, market presence, and business growth across the region

Requirements

• Fluent Hungarian and excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Construction, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in business development, leasing , sales, or a similar commercial role; real estate experience is highly preferred
• Good understanding of the Hungarian real estate and property development market
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Openness to utilizing AI-powered solutions and modern business development technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with a commercial and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
