Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads for *commercial property leasing*.

• Identify and approach potential tenants, brands, corporates, retailers, and businesses.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial spaces.

• Conduct property/site visits and present project features and benefits.

• Handle the complete leasing cycle from *lead generation to closure*.

• Negotiate rental, deposit, lease tenure, escalation, fit-out period, and other commercial terms.

• Coordinate with clients, internal sales/project teams, and management for smooth closure.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

• Track market trends, rental rates, competing projects, and tenant requirements.

• Maintain a database of prospects, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing targets.

• Coordinate documentation and support the execution of lease agreements.

• Develop strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and corporate decision-makers.

#Candidate Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.

• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and the Pune real estate market.

• Experience in handling retail, office, showroom, or commercial property leasing will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented and capable of independently handling leasing closures.

• Good understanding of rental agreements and commercial leasing terms.

• Should be confident in client meetings and property presentations.
