Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager will develop and execute leasing strategies for Revion Group's mall and commercial properties to achieve occupancy, rental income, and tenant-mix targets. The role involves securing suitable tenants, managing leasing negotiations and renewals, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve the Company's occupancy, rental income, and tenant-mix targets.
• Identify, approach, and secure suitable tenants, including anchor tenants, retailers, and service providers.
• Review and improve the tenant mix to strengthen the mall's positioning and meet customer needs.
• Lead negotiations on rental rates, lease terms, renewals, and other commercial conditions within approved guidelines.
• Prepare and review leasing proposals, Letters of Offer, and management approval papers, and coordinate tenancy agreements with Legal.
• Manage the leasing pipeline and maintain accurate records of available units, prospective tenants, lease expiries, and renewals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on rental rates, occupancy, tenant demand, and retail trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants, property agents, and business partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project, and Property Management on tenant requirements, unit handovers, and fit-out schedules.
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare management reports on occupancy, rental income, renewals, and leasing progress.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience in shopping mall or retail leasing is preferred.
• Proven ability to secure tenants, negotiate lease terms, and achieve occupancy and rental income targets.
• Good understanding of tenant-mix planning, retail trends, tenancy documentation, and leasing processes.
• An established network of retail tenants, brands, and property agents will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement, with the ability to evaluate leasing proposals and market opportunities.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple negotiations, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and leasing reporting tools.
