Leasing Manager

Main job duties and responsibilities:

1. Revisit the tenant mix for all Retail shops & kiosks among all clubs trying to fulfil members’ needs including Health & Beauty, F&B, Services, commodities…etc.
2. Revisit Tenants’ profile of all shops inside clubs enhancing the standardization & image among all clubs.
3. Revisit the pricing strategy per square meters among all clubs creating a standardize price list considering the location, brand category & the expansion plan tenant is willing in our clubs where the overall objective is increasing our yearly revenue & create permanent partners with our clubs.
4. Leasing occupancy Target among all clubs.
5. Revisit contract’s terms & conditions with Legal department for new tenants & termination requests.
6. Coordinate with the Finance department a final process to better assure settling tenant’s financial due amounts during contract’s validity time.
7. Approach new tenants & finalize better deals creating a brand identity that will better improve member’s experience among clubs.
8. Revisit the process of leasing cycle in coordination with all internal departments including the handover process in site to assure smooth flow of work & the experience of tenants inside clubs.
9. Regular meetings with tenants in coordination with Club Managers to manage any issues or requirements by tenants.
10. Propose Marketing plan for the existing tenants to better increase traffic inside their areas whether through social media, SMS campaigns…etc. that will drive revenues & support tenants in his sales.
11. Work on a leasing plan for the new clubs that will be opening during the year.
12. Revisit the complaints received through the customer service & club managers to reassess the continuity of the brand among all clubs in the renewal process.
13. Direct any opportunity for the clubs whether open days or ads inside clubs to the concerned entity to increase revenues for our partners & consequently to the business.
14. Prepare the needed reports to better plan for future actions inside clubs.
15. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

1. Suitable bachelor’s degree.
2. 9-10 years of experience in the same field.
