Residential Leasing Manager Serve as a resident-facing leasing professional for apartment and multifamily properties, managing the leasing process end-to-end while supporting an exceptional resident experience.

• Respond to rental inquiries and guide prospective applicants through the leasing process
• Coordinate and conduct property tours
• Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support fair housing compliance and uphold fair, consistent leasing practices
• Communicate with residents, property owners, and maintenance teams to address concerns
• Coordinate service requests and ensure issues are routed and resolved appropriately
