Leasing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Officer to support our leasing team. This position aims to nurture future leasing professionals through on‑the‑job training. In this role, you will handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, provide customer service to tenants and prospective clients, and coordinate with internal departments on tenancy handovers, renovations, and openings.

What you'll be doing

• Handling leasing enquiries, tenant communications, and follow‑ups
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential tenants and lease opportunities
• Participating in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements
• Maintaining and updating tenancy records, database, and leasing pipeline for performance reporting
• Coordinating with internal teams for tenancy handovers, renovations, openings, and administrative support
• Providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the leasing team

What we're looking for

• Interest in property / retail leasing or asset management is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Relevant education or training in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred
