Leasing Officer

• Assist in managing and monitoring leasing activities and tenant accounts.
• Coordinate with prospective and existing tenants regarding leasing requirements, inquiries, and concerns.
• Assist in preparing lease proposals, contracts, and other leasing-related documents.
• Conduct property and unit inspections and coordinate with tenants regarding occupancy requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, contracts, payments, and other leasing documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and property teams to ensure smooth tenant operations.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and other important deadlines.
• Support the Leasing Manager in achieving occupancy and leasing targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to do fieldwork and conduct property/tenant visits when needed.
