Leasing Officer

• Identify and evaluate potential retail spaces and locations.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and site assessments.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and property owners.
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate lease renewals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Legal, and Finance teams regarding leasing matters.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate location databases.

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of retail leasing and property market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good attitude, professional, and trustworthy.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.
