We are in need of:

LEASING OFFICER

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Financial Management, or any related field.
• Should have at least 2-3 years experience in commercial leasing.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and sales.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains and updates tenant records, monitoring key lease obligations such as expirations, renewals, billing schedules, and deposit refunds.
• Prepares leasing reports and documentation, including contract reviews, renewals, bond clearances, refunds, and routing forms as needed.
• Drafts tenant communications, notices, and internal correspondence related to leasing transactions.
• Facilitates tenant egress and renewal processes, ensuring proper documentation, clearances, and coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of lease files and system data, coordinating with Legal, Accounting, and other units as required.
