Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Airbnb operations, hotel operations, reservations, or property management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or similar OTA platforms is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

The Leasing Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of short-term rental units to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and guest inquiries through Airbnb and other online travel platforms (OTAs).
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out, provide pre-arrival information, and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee unit readiness by coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and inventory of supplies and amenities.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain and optimize online property listings by updating content, responding to guest reviews, and improving listing performance.
• Prepare operational reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and maintenance updates.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Property Management, Finance, and the Leasing Department to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
