Pointe at Research Park is a luxury apartment community seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at our resort-style community located in the Mallard Creek area.

The ideal candidate will have previous leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is success-driven, organized, and committed to creating an outstanding experience for both current and future residents.

The Leasing Professional will play a key role in driving leasing activity, resident retention, and overall community engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in:

• Leasing and sales activities, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and closing
• Resident retention and building strong resident relationships
• Social media marketing and creating engaging community content
• Cross-marketing and developing relationships with local businesses
• Lead generation and follow-up strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the resident experience
• Supporting overall occupancy and revenue goals
• Working collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, high-energy community environment

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet future residents and provide tours of their new apartment home.
• Social Media Marketing-Posting.
• Apply product and area knowledge to future residents needs and communicate the features and benefits of the community to ensure they have all of the information needed to lease immediately.
• Effectively follow-up with prospects and residents daily to ensure we provide the upmost best customer service.
• Process new rental applications, collect all required documents and deliver to manager for approval in timely fashion.
• Assist in creating and implementing resident events to create the sense of community. Promote and be active on all social media platforms.
• Contribute to implementing effective marketing strategies to create awareness of the community and that will contribute to meeting property occupancy goals.
• Responsible for the leasing of apartments and deliver an impeccable closing ratio.
• Display proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents and/or future residents.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community and market.
• Plan and execute weekly leasing promotions to increase community exposure and increase traffic.
• Walk all show units and tour path to confirm they are tour ready.
• Complete task assigned by Community Director.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
