Schedule

• Full time. Monday–Friday 9:00AM- 05:30 PM schedule with rotating weekends (flexibility and schedule support from the team).

What you’ll do

• Give friendly, energetic property tours and present available units in a way that makes prospects say “this is the one.”
• Use OneSite for CRM, data entry, and lease documentation.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries quickly and professionally; help resolve issues with care.
• Keep leasing activities compliant with Fair Housing rules.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely resolution of resident needs.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of leases, communications, and files.
• Create engaging social media content to showcase the property and attract new residents.
• Help with other tasks that keep the community running smoothly.

Who we’re looking for

• Comfortable learning new software (OneSite) and creating social content.
• Reliable and detail‑oriented with a service mindset.
• Previous leasing or customer service experience.
