What Your Day May Look Like:

• Help future residents find their perfect home, show them apartments and the community
• Effectively communicate with residents and prospective residents on the phone, email, and in-person
• Complete the application, leasing, & renewal process in the property management software program, Entrata
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as posting on social media
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

What We Need:

• Excellent Listening & Customer Service skills
• Effective Written and Verbal Communication
• Computer skills and ability to complete administrative tasks in a timely & accurate manner
• Ability to work weekends
• Leasing experience for a multi-family community preferred
• Team player who encourages others to have high performance, positive communication, and fun!

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
