Leasing Retail Development Executive (Admin Focus)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Handle tenancy related matters including lease documentation and administration

• Provide administrative support to Retail Development team to implement business development plans and participate in the process of formulating business and projects

• Consolidate corporate and management reports on regular basis

• Support research on consumer insights, market intelligence and economic trends for business report

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on tenancy-related matters

• Handle ad hoc project as assigned

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Tertiary education or above, exposure in Administration / Leasing / Business Development will be an advantage
• 1 - 2 years' of experience, related experience in Administration/ Leasing / Retail industry is highly preferred
• Strong administrative / clerical skills with high proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in AI is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivated and proactive
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
