Leasing Specialist - Bilingual

We are a fast-paced apartment community seeking a customer-focused, energetic Leasing Consultant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. If you love sales, are highly organized, and are fluent in English and Spanish, we want you on our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet prospective residents and determine their housing needs.
• Tour the community, model units, and highlight amenities.
• Ability to negotiate and upsell rental units to prospects - converting property tours into leases.
• Translate and assist non-English speaking residents with questions and requests.
• Process lease applications, verify income, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Address resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist the property manager with resident maintenance requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Strong closing skills and an outgoing, positive personality.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of RealPage property management software .
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
