Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

River Rock Property is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in creating communities people love. This dynamic, fast-paced role is perfect for a self-starter eager to grow a rewarding career in property management.

What You'll Do

• Leasing & Tours: Engage with leads, answer inquiries, and conduct engaging property tours.
• Marketing & Outreach: Create and maintain active property listings on Zillow, Facebook, and other rental platforms.
• Leasing Process: Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and collect deposits.
• Move-Ins/Move-Outs: Coordinate seamless resident move-ins and move-outs, including detailed property inspections.
• Resident Relations: Build strong relationships by addressing questions concerns with professionalism.
• Maintenance Coordination: Enter and track work orders, working closely with maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
• Admin Support: Assist with office operations and support the property management team as needed

What You Bring

• Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with technology and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, customer service, or property management experience is preferred
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
• Availability during weekdays with occasional weekend flexibility
