Leasing Specialist

We’re seeking a Leasing and Hospitality Specialist who understands that exceptional hospitality goes beyond simply providing good service—it’s an essential part of creating a positive resident experience.

In this role, you’ll serve as a friendly and knowledgeable representative across several South Bay communities. You’ll meet with prospective residents, give engaging property tours, answer questions, and help each person navigate the leasing process from start to finish. As part of our multi-site leasing team, you’ll travel between communities based on business needs, quickly adapting to different properties and teams while maintaining a consistent level of professionalism and service.

You’ll partner closely with the Leasing Manager and on-site staff to support daily leasing activities, build strong relationships with prospective residents, and create an experience that leaves a lasting impression. What We’re Looking For

• A true hospitality professional who is approachable, attentive to detail, and genuinely service-minded
• A confident communicator with excellent follow-through and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across different properties and seamlessly adjust to each team’s unique rhythm
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable learning and using property management software and CRM platforms; experience with Entrata is a plus
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between South Bay communities

Pay range $25-$27 per hour
