What they need
Provide over-all support in the implementation and monitoring of strategies and projects for leasing operations that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the handled mall/s guided by organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.

- Lease Administration & Documentation
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 1 year of related work experience in leasing or retail management or significant exposure to the shopping center industry
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree: Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses. A related master's degree is not required but will be an advantage
- Required skills: communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned at SM City Dasmarinas.
