Leasing Supervisor (ref: NWFM-LS)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify, approach and secure prospective tenants for retail shops, office units, kiosks, pop-up stores and other commercial spaces.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential tenants through networking, referrals, cold calling, property agents and business associations.
• Conduct site inspections and presentations to prospective tenants.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and rental benchmarks.
• Prepare rental analysis, occupancy reports and leasing forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and leasing business planning exercises
• Maintain close communication with existing tenants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and support documentation related to tenancy agreements and lease renewals and ensure all documents comply with company policies and approved leasing terms.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing and legal documents.
• High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is prerequisite.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office is prerequisite.
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented.
• Candidates with less or more experience will be considered in different positions.
